We created The Lone Buffalo to be a restaurant and a brewery under one roof with one goal: to serve good food and beer in a comfortable atmosphere. We believe in the idea of “slow food” and we want our guests to savor what we offer.
Our chefs use fresh products from local farmers and producers. Everything on the menu is freshly cooked, every day, and varies with the seasons. Our beer is crafted, using traditional methods and equipment, from the best malts and hops available – including some from our own farm. We take care not to get in the way of the complex flavors of the simple ingredients in our food and beer. We won’t get in the way of your enjoyment of either – take your time and come back soon!
