Higgins Halls is a meeting venue that seats up to 80 people located in Downtown Seneca along the Illinois and Michigan Canal. We are handicap accessible with no steps to enter the building. We have a separate serving kitchen area with a refrigerator, freezer, sink and microwave. We have ample parking and have hourly rates and are available 7 days per week for rent.
